The best stainless steel tanks

We design and  produce  a series of stainless steel tanks with  excellent  quality and designs  through an automatic soldering process.

We build only by order, adapting the sizes of the tanks, both in height and in diameter, to the needs of our customer. We can adapt different capacities from (264,25 GAL) to  (52.850 GAL), which are , all transportable tanks. When ordering a tank it is very important to take into account the following factors: 1.- Design and shape. 2.- Quality. 3.- Polish. 1.-The design and shape of a tank is determined by the product to store and the size required according to its need and location.

	1.1.- Vertical Tanks with different types of bottom (conical, Klopper, blended flat, etc.) and its support requirement (by legs, concentric ring shaped reinforcement, cement or metallic bedplate, etc.) will determine the pricing and so forth. These tanks are in the highest demand, as they fulfill most required needs.
	1.2.- Cylindrical Horizontal Tanks. Generally used as reshuffled tanks to bottle, use as underground tanks to oxidize the olives, in warehouses with small height, etc.
	1.3.- Special Designed Tanks: For pressure to be heaped up, shared inside, with an external recirculation jacket, silos, heaters, mixers, etc.

2.-Quality

	2.1.- Ainsi-304 (18.8). Generally used to store oil, a variety of wine , and all non abrasive products
	2.2.- Ainsi 316 (18.8.2). Generally used to store liquids such as : alcohols, liqueur, juice, waters, processed fermented products, etc.
	2.3.-MixedàAinsi 304 +Ainsi-316. An economical solution to storing abrasive products.

3.- Finishes:

	3.1.- 2B Finish. Standard mat.
	3.2.- BA Finish. Polished mirror.
	3.3.- Polished industrial emerald Finish.
	3.4.- Scoth Finish. Polished scotch brite.
	3.5.- Flowery Finish. Used for small tanks.
	3.6.- Mixed Finish. Combination of two finishes in the same tank.
